What you’ll do day-to-day

Responsibilities include daily program management through the life cycle; setting up tools and standards for managing the program; planning the overall program and publishing the yearly/quarterly roadmap by working with various stakeholders, including the dev team and product owners; developing, documenting, and executing standardized processes for deliverables; scheduling and overseeing both regular product releases and emergency patch releases; tracking and publishing the program execution status periodically; running program review meetings, identifying risks and issues, and driving these issues to resolution; developing metrics and measurement processes for projects and deliverables; and managing resource utilization across projects by closely working with dev managers.

Who we’re looking for

The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related engineering discipline. An MBA is a plus.

The candidate must have seven or more years of total experience with a minimum of more than three years of experience in the program/product management space, with a proven record of releasing major products successfully.

We are looking for an individual with a solid understanding of the development life-cycle and process development.

The candidate must have the ability to understand and appreciate technologies and their relevance to the product.

The candidate must have experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities.

The candidate must have a high level of maturity and collaborative aptitude to work with senior stakeholders.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, results-driven, and possess robust organizational skills.

The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, effective presentation skills, and outstanding interpersonal qualities.
