What you’ll do day-to-day

As a senior technical writer, you would be working closely with development teams in an agile setup to design and author API documentation, release notes, design documents (including how-to documents, among others) for a targeted audience that includes developers, stakeholders, and business unit heads. You would also be responsible for developing a technical curriculum for the engineering teams covering processes, internal tools, and solutions that are part of current and upcoming systems.

Who we’re looking for

Ten or more years of experience working closely with developers to prepare and maintain product and systems documentation as well as API documentation and end-user documents (among others).

Command of U.S. English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Precise and clear communication skills.

Understanding of programming languages (preferably Python).
