Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

12 years of experience in management consulting, operations consulting, business planning, or finance.

2 years of experience managing teams.

Experience in project management, leading operational and strategic initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or PhD in a management, technical, or engineering field.

15 years of experience in consulting, software, Internet and/or media industries, or early stage companies.

Experience leading people, with success in growing and developing talent.

Demonstrated leadership in crisis and change management situations.

Ability to present to executives and communicate with a technical management team.

Ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights. Ability to understand the details and higher level implications of critical business issues.

Define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives for gCare 3PO, while delivering operational excellence, becoming a strategic partner to gCare’s 3PO leader.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and conduct business analysis with effective project communication and management.

Identify and structure specific analyses to address complex, ambiguous, and business questions for gCare, and drive to recommendations.

Resolve issues to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses to leadership.

Manage a team by coaching and mentoring team members, providing oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives and removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.

As the Go-to-Market Lead, gCare Operations, you’ll focus on the most critical cross 3PO (gCare’s Process, Partner, and Publishers Operations) initiatives, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, provide business critical insights using analytics, and help teams across 3PO drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
