About the Role:

L&D associate role with a strong project management and data analysis focus. Providing support to the Global Head of L&D on training coordination, project management and execution, learning needs analysis and external benchmarking and research activities across 3 core domains:

Talent Management: succession planning and organizational talent review processes.

Leadership Development: 360 feedback analysis, external benchmarking and research, data and skill gap analysis support.

Learning and Development: take the lead in driving a learning culture (in partnership with our comms. team) with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Diversity & Inclusion.

About the team:

This role report to the Global Head of Talent and Leadership Development and partners closely with our HRBP teams in the regions as well as with our internal communications team. The role also collaborates with the Prosus L&D team.

What you’ll be doing:

Process/project management of our OTR process designing a repository for data

Data analysis of our 360 feedback exercise and other leadership data

Research external best practices and innovations in the LD field and provide recommendations

Understanding the learning needs and current roadblocks for learning in the organization through research

Develop and execute a learning culture campaign in partnership with the internal comms. team aiming to see an increase of IDPs in our HR system as well as in increase in usage of our online learning platform

Support coordination and communication of our AI and D&I training initiatives

Support execution of our global Engagement Survey roadmap

What are we looking for?

2 to 5 years in project management or L&D role in a dynamic multicultural company;

Proven affinity with Learning & Development

High level experience with MS Office mainly with Excel;

Strong organizational skills you know how to manage big projects and you easily reach deadlines and milestones and aren’t afraid to “build as you go”

Self-driven and hands-on execution.

World class communication skills

Willing to experiment and innovate
