Manager II – Central

What you?™ll do:

Network expansion & Network Efficiency

Ensure that the expansion plan is on track and there is alignment between all stakeholders.

Collaborate with Facility, Compliance, IT Team,Business, Planning, Finance, Design, and Operationsto scaleup as per the Stores Go Live PlayBook

Leading the 3PL expansion charter of Hyperlocal Darkstores . Contracts understanding and Payments process will be a prerequisite.

Defining a Robust warehouse virtual onboarding process through changes in the SOP.

Sharing Weekly updates to the Leadership on the expansion charter.

Leading New initiative in the Hyperlocal Operations to bring in more efficiency in terms of IPP, Cost etc.

What is needed?

MBA/BE with 3-5+ years of expereince in eCommerce.

Excellent analytical and data representation skills.

Hands-on working style ability to run pilots, understand ground issues with implementation and scale up.

Thoroughness in working style to ensure key aspects are covered and depth of understanding to ensure clear progress on initiatives and projects

Good Team player

Good stakeholder management skills

Good communication skills for articulation of issues, solutions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
