In this role, you will lead the product/platform direction right from its inception, drive functional design for various end-user scenarios, and will be responsible for a seamless e2e user experience of a vertical to meet the customer and partner needs. You will collaborate across boundaries with internal and external partners to create compelling first and third-party integrations that demonstrate the value of the product/platform in business processes and experiences. You will lead the program management workstreams and projects as we build the business that can unlock a new wave of thought leadership, cloud adoption, business models and value creation.
Lead and deliver platform and solution initiatives for an industry vertical. Having experience in creating v1 products in startups/incubation will be of advantage.
Drive partnership and collaboration with internal products/services and external partners on both technology and solution front.
Great communication and interpersonal connection skills including proven ability to work within a matrixed organization, executives as well as international teams to build a unified strategy and drive clarity on goals.
Collaborate across diverse set of stakeholders (engg., business development, product marketing, sales, customer support, customer advisor, etc.) to deliver the right value-prop for the platform.

Deliver high-quality technical functional specifications, model information architecture and user experience, specifications for scale and performance KPIs, and prioritize and scope investments.

12+ years of Product/Program Management experience shipping multiple enterprise scale product or platform to external customers.
8+ years of people management experience.
Proven track record of shipping multiple enterprise scale cloud-based products that is highly available, secure, and reliable. Having a start-up experience is an added advantage.
Demonstrated customer focus and driving deep partner engagements
Proficiency in designing and development of end-to-end user experiences
Understanding of open-source technologies and building healthy eco-system
Track record of high-quality, self-directed, timely execution, and attention to detail
Highly effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams
Technical expertise and ability to communicate, work & build trust with technical teams
Leading the team from the front through any ambiguities and challenges
