Despite the hype around DevOps, we find that most enterprises are still struggling to deliver software faster while reducing risks. Our DevOps product is taking on the challenge of scaling DevOps in the enterprises and we are looking for an inspirational leader to join us on that journey.

In this role you will help drive the product strategy, delivery and go to market for the DevOps product.

We need strong leaders who are self-starters, execution-focused and passionate about delivering valuable solutions to our customers. This is a hands-on role, the ideal role for a proven product manager with strong technology background and experience in the DevOps domain. In this role, you will:

Lead strategy, execution and success of the DevOps product
Gather and document market evidence
Lead and facilitate customer and field team involvement in the roadmap planning and feature prioritization
Manage roadmap, drive consensus and coordinate delivery with a team of engineers and designers to ship top quality experiences to users on time
Articulate the value proposition at varying depth depending upon audience types Customers, Partners, Decision Makers, Business, Sales and Industry Analysts
Develop and drive product launch activities with product, field and marketing teams across ServiceNow
Always be in research mode, study changes in market needs, competitive landscape to influence the product direction and support the sales organization

To be successful in this role you have:

8+ years of softwareu202fproductu202fmanagement experience
Experience with Cloud native application patterns, container ecosystem, CI/CD, DevOps is mandatory.
Experience with Release Orchestration, AI and Machine Learning technologies is highly desirable
Subscribes to evidence based ‘outside in’ product management
Leverages data and metrics for decision making
Great communication with no BS, who listens carefully and expresses ideas clearly
Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility at all levels of the organization
Solid project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and provide consistent, high-quality output on several concurrent projects
Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or a related technical discipline
Willing to travel (approximately 25%) for customer visits, industry and partner events
