We are looking for experienced product leaders to join us to work on cutting edge personalisation and recommendation problem statements. The ideal candidate
Will have experience in working with data scientists and engineers to build state of the art AI/ML systems
Be excited by the task of building the largest AI driven content recommendation product in India
Is comfortable with ambiguity and able to take ownership to build 0-1 systems that have large scale real world impact.
There are a variety of problem statements to attack across ShareChat and Moj including content personalisation, ad recommendation, content intelligence, all of which are uniquely being built out for the Indian context. You have at least 4+ years of experience in quantitative and/or qualitative methods
You have a background in User Research or Data Science with practical chops you don’t mind dusting off from time-to-time.
You’ve done the work over the years, and understand what it takes to create personalized experiences.
You deeply value and have experience with hiring, coaching and leading diverse and high-performing teams.
You have a user and data-focused mentality.
You understand the role and importance of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and when to deploy them.
You’re a fantastic communicator and can work cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
You shine most at motivating others to carry forward and execute a strategy without needing to be in the room.
