Intuit’s Monetization Services and Experiences (MSE) Program Office is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team. The role is responsible for driving the definition of key strategies and initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to the assigned portfolio of programs. The candidate will have a proven record of portfolio management, complex program delivery, from strategy definition and planning to execution and business transition

What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience
10+ years Technical Program Management experience involving business, operational, and technology deliverables
Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple locations
Strong analytical and financial skills
Ability to innovate under new and/or changing conditions
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective consultative and influencing approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience preferred

How you will lead
Collaborate with Business and Technology leaders to define and execute the strategy for top initiative(s) in Monetization Services and Experiences.
Drive high impact, cross functional program roadmaps including complex and multi-phase roadmaps across multiple contributing teams.
Develop & deliver plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support.
Communicate progress across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior executive.
Directs large-scale, complex programs often involving multiple matrixed, internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure successful, high quality, on-time delivery
Collaborate with leadership to identify short and long-term trade-offs, and balance the needs of all stakeholders.
Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, work well with others when conflicts arise: see opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.
Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical few issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.
Drive cultural change across the organization to deliver next generation offerings.
Validates financial forecasts and provides ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related program expenditures, as needed
