Under the direction of the Group Product Manager for Marketing Technology, this role will drive a key part of the commercial operations technology strategy for Intuit’s Small Business & Self Employed Group.
As Product Manager, you will lead the team in developing the strategy, prioritization, and delivering detailed, crisp business requirements that will be used to build the next generation of our content management infrastructure. You will work side by side with a talented team of software developers, experience designers while partnering closely with senior leaders in a dynamic environment. Working backwards from our customers and partners, you’ll own making strategic decisions, building product roadmaps, and drive the day to day product development schedule from design through release, own the product life cycle.
What you’ll bring
4-7 years of Product Management experience, preferably in the area of online platforms or ecommerce integration with web platforms.
Experience working with internally-built web platforms and services such as CMS or testing service, is desirable.
Experience working with customer data platforms, tag management platforms, data management platforms, customer experience analytics platforms, web analytics tools and customer feedback platforms; specific experience with at least some of the following required: Ensighten, Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ClickTale, Adobe Audience Manager
Experience defining, owning, and managing a product roadmap
Experience serving as product owner for a scrum team, managing scrum ceremonies and constantly seeking to educate the team on product strategy and roadmap
Strong analytical, prioritization, communication and negotiating skills are a must
Experience in matrixed organizations; able to drive results through collaboration and influence
Passionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems
How you will lead
Define a bold vision and strategy for a marketing technology platform (with heavy emphasis on our CMS platform), to support delivering on Intuit’s Small Business & Self Employed growth plan.
Gain alignment with leadership on the marketing, define a roadmap to achieve and lead execution.
Build and own a quarterly rolling 12-month roadmap to deliver on marketing objectives.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology synergies are understood and leveraged.
Engage with multiple business stakeholders to ensure all product needs are captured, most importantly across the other scrum teams.
Write high quality user stories, using an agile approach, that represent a collaborative view on the direction for the technology platform as defined by development managers and architects.
Serve as the product manager and product owner for the CMS Scrum team
Provide deep analysis of customer and site analytics to understand behavior, platform performance and identify opportunity areas.
Ensure key marketing technologies and platforms are appropriately integrated with the CMS Platform.
