As a Product Manager with Experience Cloud, you will drive key initiatives that contribute to a unified, performant and improved end-user experience across Adobe Experience Cloud. You will lead products that are based on the principles of continuity, coordination, and performance.
You will work in close partnership with user research, product teams across Experience Cloud, field teams to identify end-user pain points and prioritize business requirements. You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Program Management to deliver and improve unified capabilities that significantly impact end-user experience.
Define, own, and execute the product roadmap requirements for technologies and capabilities that enable a unified experience across Experience Cloud capabilities and solutions. Leverage customer feedback, user research, competitive analysis, telemetry insights, etc. to develop the product roadmap.
Work closely with other Product teams across Experience Cloud solutions to get alignment on unified capabilities.
Evangelize the unified capabilities to internal and external customers, product teams across Experience Cloud, marketing, and field teams.
Influence Executives and key stakeholders to drive strategic alignment on priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across solutions to drive execution, launch and adoption of features.
Own, manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Communicate and report to leadership on strategic initiatives, roadmap updates and adoption highlights.
Strong problem-solving skills and execution skills. Willingness to get things done irrespective of all odds.
Highly effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams including executive leadership..
Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate and influence people without authority.
Track record of delivering high-quality products with timely execution, and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from objective and subjective data.
Ability to independently drive product decisions and get alignment from stakeholders across solutions.
Experience working on SaaS/Cloud products.
BTech in Computer Science and MBA or relevant experience.
4+ years of product management experience in software industry.
