Axon’s ambitious goal is to make every card an Apple Card (USP). Axon enables the users with the most comprehensive, real-time recommendations on the risk and insights by applying complex algorithms and also applying the user defined policies. It enriches the transaction by adding contextual information using its seasoned and highly accurate algorithms. Axon enables the end user to manage the risk by providing the risk controls at their fingertips. Axon as a technology can scale more than a million requests per second and operates at very low latency.

With Axon the Financial Institutions can launch modern, simple, intuitive and meaningful experiences for their card holders leading to enhanced engagement and retention.

What is the Job like?Lead Axon product charter from defining product vision to client management to building & owning product strategy and roadmap.
You will be responsible for building a complete product line serving tens of millions of users.
You will need to deep dive into the User personas and strategise, plan and build features that provide a 10x better experience.
You will have complete responsibility for top of funnel, middle funnel and bottom of funnel initiatives with DAU/MAU, Day 1/7/30 retention and NPS/CSAT as your key metrics.
You will build the necessary team of product managers, analysts and researchers to achieve the organizational and team goalsYou will be working closely with leadership, Product managers, Account managers, Customer Support and Operations teams to define, build and scale your product line.
You will be accountable for building, coaching, and mentoring a strong team of product owners while also building a strong team culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams.

Passionate building new features, products, processes and challenging the status quo.
Thrive in the early stages of a product launch and is self driven and multi dimensional
A technical and/or management degree from a top school
Previous experience in building products and/or features in payments and banking is a plus
Background and ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in a Product Management role
You should have a track record of building & shipping high quality Enterprise or SaaS products, owning the process end to end and has previously played a key role in taking a product from a nascent stage to maturity
Understanding the problem scope, formulating product strategy factoring industry trends, market, and competition
Adapting to complex situations with an aim to achieve business goals
Building modern, cloud-native mobile/web products and interfaces with modern UX/UI patterns
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from engineers
Pedigree: MBA: Tier I B School + Engineering: Tier I Engg college (Trade-offs acceptable basis highly relevant PM exposure)
Responsible for product strategy for atleast 2 products over 2 years
You have managed and mentored direct PM reports (4+) in the past
You have some project management experience in the past
