Job Description

As a PM in the SaaS Engineering Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to address customer and executive pain points. You will also be responsible for managing the roadmap and feature delivery for internal and customer-facing applications for SaaS Engineering. The role is dynamic, diverse and highly visible, requiring the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities successfully.

Job Description :

Interview internal stakeholders across multiple teams to gather requirements for initiatives & tools

Document comprehensive user stories, supplemented by wireframes

Define the scope & priorities for the projects you are responsible for

Work with executive management to obtain approval & sign-off on initiatives

Build product backlogs & maintain a roadmap

Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful delivery of features

Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement of SaaS Engineering business practices

An ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

5+ years of experience in a Software Development or Product Management role

Demonstrated ability to manage projects and influence across all levels of an organization

Strong technical knowledge of Cloud Service Delivery (across IaaS, PaaS & SaaS)

Very strong at verbal and written communication

An analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving

Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
