We are looking for a Program Manager to be responsible for organizing projects, programs, campaigns, and activities for the marketing organization at Zeta. In this role, you will be tasked with providing visibility and managing our cadence as we navigate towards our short, medium, and long-term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs as well as managing cadence and communications across a range of senior stakeholders.

What is the Job like?Organizing programs, projects, deliverables, and initiatives in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization and its constituent teams.
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Reporting on progress towards short, medium, and long-term goals.
Build the necessary cadence across globally distributed teams to report on blockers, issues, and opportunities.
Developing budgets and MISs to report on adherence to various metricsBuilding relationships with all stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle.Analyzing program risks and providing both pre-mortem and post-mortem analysis across projects and programs.
Who should apply for this role?At least 5+ years as a Program Manager in a fast-paced tech, product, or marketing organization
Deep understanding and experience with tools and frameworks like OKRs, MS Project, Trello, Asana, Clickup or similar
Graduate; engineering degree preferred
PMP / Scrum / Agile / or related certification is strongly preferred
Well developed understanding of how agile projects workAbility to thrive and drive to closure in ambiguous environments
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both business, operations, and technology teams internally and externally
High degree of ownership and ability to get into the details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills
Eye for detail and ability to catch issues and dependencies
Adaptable, approachable, open-minded with a clear understanding of the business
A high degree of integrity and ethical standards
Hands-on individual with the ability to cope with a fast-paced work environment
