We manage thousands of launches, millions of transactions, process billions of dollars in revenue, and protect the company from a multitude of risks—across all regions and all markets. As a Program Manager in our team you will strive to demonstrate customer obsession and play role of a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and design products that not only address their immediate asks but also open up new opportunities and deliver even bigger impact to Microsoft and our customer, seller partner ecosystems. Design and UX are at the forefront of everything we do, and we support an empowered team of world class Engineers to deliver high value work product. You will also work to get large scale solutions to be reusable across multiple organizations both internal and external to Microsoft, as well as leverage work of others through ideas and features from other Microsoft solutions.

Team up to drive digital transformation for Microsoft Business Operations and unlock business value by building applications and reusable microservices that can enable unified UX and intelligent services to optimize workflows, reduce manual touch and drive operational excellence.
Evolve the Microsoft Business Operations mission and help shape our Digital Transformation approach enabling connected data, connected Business Intelligence Insights, using Data Science, Machine Learning and AI
Develop deep customer relationships to grow an understanding of unmet, articulated, and unarticulated needs of our global user base as the center of all shaping work.
Translate business opportunities and pain points into a roadmap of Product investments in user consumable chunks, with early and often feedback loops.
Be curious, connect data, generate insights, and define experiments to validate or invalidate the hypotheses with results that ultimately lead to the right feature and investment decisions.
Understand how to ruthlessly prioritize, manage stakeholder expectations when making trade-offs to achieve the high value outcomes for our customers, partners, and sellers.
Partner with Engineering teams to define product feature requirements.
Lean, Agile and flow methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to perform daily work with little risk, high value and quick feedback loops, experience, or certifications
Ensure Engineering solution delivers the right outcome in alignment to the org OKR’s.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Product Mindset: Demonstrate customer obsession, vision led, make data driven decisions, deliver right outcomes, and tell the story.
Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across teams.
Planning and Execution: A proven ability to plan, organize, and manage complex technical products.
Communication: Ability to conduct insightful, multi-faceted conversations with technical decision makers inside Microsoft.


Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline OR equivalent industry experience.
5 years’ minimum experience in Product Management/ Program Management of Application Development
Lean, Agile and flow methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to perform daily work with little risk, high value and quick feedback loops, experience or certifications
Strong technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles with exposure to Azure, API Management, Azure Integration/Micro Services
Strong cross-team collaboration skills
Excellent written and oral communication
Preferred: Experience with Data Science,Machine Learning & AI
Preferred: Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Hyperautomation
