SAP Product Manager is accountable for capturing Customer Pain points, Problem statement, gathering Business requirements, prioritizing the requirements, ensuring that ERP solutions are delivered as per requirements, aligned to the technology Roadmaps which support the business roadmaps and future business scenarios.
The Product Manager must quickly establish the trust and confidence of our business partners by developing/demonstrating:
Deep understanding of Microsoft’s system landscape and business processes.

MBA / Tech/B. Tech degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field
8-10 Years of experience as an SAP Program Manager/Functional Analyst/Solution architect with SAP SD skills or SME with strong understanding of business processes.
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting skills along with sound judgement and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills and desire to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment
Experience working with geographically diverse groups.
Ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of Software life cycle methodology and Information’s systems development and support.
Ability to work independently and ramp-up to new areas quickly
A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure
Demonstrable passion for continuous applied learning & development
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity without stalling progress
Metrics and data focused and Passion for solving Customer Problems

Preferred Requirements (Nice to have)
Professional Training and Certification: PMP, SAP.
Experience in working on large scale global enterprise implementations with hands on experience in customization/configuration of SAP solutions.
