As a program Manager in our team, you will work closely with talented engineering teams, collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across teams, and have the opportunity to design, deliver, and iterate on new tools, applications, and processes. The scope of responsibilities includes:

Listening to customers to understand their scenarios and challenges
Design and build solutions, products, and processes to solve customer problems by creating product/feature specifications with visual and written designs
Collaborate with the user experiences team to come up with delightful experiences
Engage with partner teams to drive supportability efforts from inception, planning, to launch, and ensure consistent adoption across the org
Utilize data & analytics to champion innovations, prioritize initiatives and measure success thru KPIs
Identify tooling, product, knowledge, and process gaps and drive improvements thru strong collaboration with partner teams
Foster customer empathy culture in the org and empower engineering teams to achieve their supportability goals by delivering
Develop and document guidance & best practices on support practices, processes & tooling
Collaborate with cross cloud orgs in Microsoft to learn, share and leverage best practices


The ideal candidate is a Program Manager with:

Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer support experience
Ability to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to analyze products and effectively communicates and write functional specifications
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills with cross-functional organizations, customers, and upper-level management
Motivated to work with and leverage internationally distributed development teams
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a MBA from premier business schools is preferred with 4+ years of experience preferably in an online service
Understanding of cloud computing technologies is highly desired Azure, Application development experience, Power Platform
Prior experience in customer engagement and relationship products is preferred
