As a Program Manager helping drive the future of Cosmos’ Platform capabilities, you will be responsible for interfacing with internal teams, partners, and customers, driving the roadmap and feature backlog, and delivering on a set of business targets including unification of platform. To accomplish these goals, you must contribute to an inclusive and high performing culture, where you work closely with software developers and other PMs in the Cosmos Team and across Microsoft.
Responsibilities also include:
Formulating a vision, value proposition and roadmap for improvements and enhancements for Cosmos’ Platform capabilities
Able to navigate high degree of uncertainty and risk, thrive in fast paced agile environments, and able to learn new areas quickly
Define, drive, prioritize, and specify functional scenarios for management platform features
Drive customer-focused engineering by planning and designing improvements based upon customer feedback.
Partner across the business and engineering teams to develop capabilities that drive success
3+ years of Product Management experience with 5 years of experience in Tech industry
A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related discipline
Experience in Cloud Analytics platforms and Big-data technologies
Knowledge of distributed systems and databases
