Zeta intends to replace many legacy systems in use by banks for processing payments. Banks need to leapfrog into an era of connected devices and omnipresent commerce. Banking should become an integral part of the commerce and enterprise systems, thereby enabling seamless consumer and business transactions. The average number of interactions an account holder may have with a bank would increase to 12-15 per day in the near-term from the current average of 3-4 transactions per month. These could grow to an unimaginably large number in the future. Most banking systems aren’t designed for this scale. In many ways, these systems are limiting the imagination of the key stakeholders at the banks. We want this changed fundamentally, in an interoperable and regulatorily compliant manner.
We build large-scale transaction processing systems that can work with many current and future payment networks. We build applications that help banks realize the value of this new approach early. We also help banks to rapidly deliver the value of these applications to their customers
What is the Job like?Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and customers throughout the end-to-end execution.
Work closely with different team i.e., business, product, and engineering teams to assist with gathering requirements, documentation, implementation plan and receive sign off from customers upon reaching relevant milestones
Handle multiple key projects within programs for successful implementation
Act as a bridge between customer team and Zeta teams
Coordinate with other groups including vendors and networks to ensure success of the project.
Understand the project scope, collaborate with all stakeholders (sales, product management, development, quality assurance, support, operations, infrastructure, as well as external partners and their customers) during the implementation process.
Engage appropriate resources by escalating issues whenever and wherever necessary
Who should apply? Deep and thorough understanding of Card Management System, ACS, implementation process, risk management, and compliance
Good understanding of Prepaid, Debit and Credit products implementation
Previous experience in implementing End -to- End Card Management system to banks/Fintechs
Should be able to write documentations and feature requirements
Zeal to learn and move away from traditional banking technologies and relate them to API based banking products
Ability to define program milestones, ensure execution and ongoing governance
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to build strong relationships and successfully liaise with the customers
Time management skills to respond to deadline sensitive requests
Act as a customer success manager for Zeta’s system implementations
