DevOps Automation Center-of-Excellence
Members of the DevOps Automation Center-of-Excellence (CoE) work with the 500+ people in Morgan Stanley’s End User Technology organization to provide hands-on help and upskilling / mentoring to all squads in DevOps automation practices. The CoE is a combination of strong technical skills in coding and scripting on a variety of languages, familiarity with various functional and non-functional testing practices and tools, and superb collaboration skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Associate SDET, a successful candidate is going to be responsible for collaborating with a wide range of squads globally, implementing automation at various DevOps steps (testing, packaging, deployment, etc.), configuring CICD pipelines, and mentoring others in DevOps skills.
The candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing testing frameworks from scratch, introducing coding and scripting best practices to the broader organization, and being a trailblazer in ensuring code quality and reusability across numerous projects.
The DevOps Automation CoE is embracing Agile, hence the candidate will be expected to demonstrate great teamworking skills, and to take ownership of end-to-end delivery, quality, and business impact of their activities.
