The Ads team at Myntra strives to build the right set of marketing solutions for our existing and new brand partners. We are already delivering millions of ad impressions daily, and starting an exciting explosive growth phase. We are looking for an experienced AdTech Sr. Product Manager to join us in Bangalore and help us shape this journey. As a Sr. Product Manager – Advertising, you will partner with a talented team of Software Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists and Analysts to build a differentiated ad platform that enables advertisers to reach their target audiences with effective and differentiated ad campaigns, while helping shoppers discover from a wide range of sponsored products. This is a high impact and high visibility role, and provides an opportunity to partner with and build consensus across senior leaders in the organization to deliver incredible value to the business and brand partners.
What you’ll bring
Experience: 5-8 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in advertising and related function.
Own end-to-end key product metrics across ad supply and demand fulfillment side.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Engineering and Business to drive the product roadmap and build consensus.
Ruthless prioritization abilities to keep the roadmap responsive to dynamic business priorities and emerging customer needs post Covid.
Engage with CXOs/ Ecommerce heads of large brands to identify keep needs and build solutions that brands love.
Ability to think out of the box to ideate and build solutions that are differentiated in a competitive industry, by leveraging Myntra’s unique strengths in understanding of shopping behaviour in the fashion and lifestyle segment.
Awareness and knowledge of emerging ad-space technologies in DMP, audience management, bidding, 3rd party integrations, etc.
