From analysing consumer and industry trends to conceptualising features and strategy roadmaps, the Dream11 Product team facilitates cross-functional collaboration to develop innovative solutions that drive retention and growth at Dream11.
Breaking down complex problems into measurable steps and action them to execute product ideas
Planning and owning operations management and making tactical decisions for your team
Managing a heterogeneous team of designers, content specialists, business analysts and developers
Designing sound experiments and developing great frameworks to test the efficacy of solutions at scale
Gathering feature requirements & conducting feature prioritisation exercises
Presenting and communicating product plans and feature updates to relevant stakeholders
5+ years of experience in Product Management at a high-growth software product organisation
Previous experience with owning data metrics end-to-end
Experience in leading a team of engineers and designers to deliver a product roadmap
A deep understanding and appreciation for good design and user experience
Good communication skills, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good to Have:
Experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced, scrappy environment
Experience in developing operational efficiencies to bring quality products to market in the least amount of time
Experience working with basic SQL datasets
Worked in an agile environment or on the scrum methodology
Played or followed multiple sports
