We’re looking for a product manager to help Salesforce launch a new product in the Sales Enablement space that puts sales reps at the center. With a focus on enabling them to close more deals, we want an enablement solution that helps them become a trusted advisor: ask better questions, be a better active listener, and master orchestration and facilitation.

We are looking for an innovative, empathetic product manager to join our team to build new products from initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership. In this role, you will play a critical role in helping drive the future of sales enablement. We are seeking a customer and design-obsessed PM with the drive, experience, and passion to take Sales Cloud to the next level of success.
Own the product vision for your area: Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision. Be an expert on the domain, the market, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going.
Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer’s voice into the creation process. Own requirements, specifications, and release plans.
Drive entire feature delivery lifecycle: research customer/user needs; write feature specs and user stories; partner with User Experience to design and prototype; work with engineering to develop, test and deliver a marketable product on time; collaborate with customer facing roles to drive market awareness and customer adoption
Collaborate across teams: We win or lose as a team. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job
Communicate clearly and efficiently: Coordinate product release communications for your components. Define expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable to success and failures. Work closely with product marketing managers to promote your products both internally and externally and ensure a cohesive message.
Represent Salesforce: Be a domain and product expert at customer meetings, industry and corporate events, online in customer community, and social networks
Engage with enterprise customers for requirements gathering and roadmap briefings
10+ years of solid product management experience with a proven track record of building awesome products from concept to delivery
Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycles, evangelizing product strategy, and handling sensitive customer escalations
Strong collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills to align the organization around prioritization and delivery of product roadmap
Exceptional time management skills to effectively juggle multiple demanding priorities
Proven ability to deliver on commitments
Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead others.
Desired Skills and Experience
Product management experience with Enterprise SaaS
Deep familiarity with the sales technology landscape and sales user needs is a plus.
Experience deploying, building or developing sales enablement, coaching, or skill building solutions is a plus
Experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer situations
A sense of humor, and grace under pressure
