As the product owner you will own our strategy and execution for the back-end platform that is extended to all our internal Salesforce teams as well as our external partner/developer ecosystem. You will become the subject matter expert on all aspects of our underlying platform and work closely with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to craft a compelling product roadmap.

Own and drive all aspects of the Experience Cloud Digital Experience Platform supporting our declarative suite of tools and programmatic capabilities at a global enterprise scale.
Translate product strategy into personas, use cases and requirements, and then work on a daily basis with designers and developers to make these a reality.
Identify the most promising opportunities and understand the requirements to build the most desired features into Salesforce products.
Be the go-to product expert in your area for other internal teams, executives, sales, marketing, customers, and partners. You will have detailed knowledge of your product area today as well as a broad vision for the future.
Collaborate with other teams internally to ensure we are working towards a cohesive customer solution in a large and complex environment.
Interface regularly with customers at events, during sales engagements, and through ad hoc sessions to develop your product strategy and ensure customer success.
Serve as an expert within our cloud and beyond to help guide other teams efforts and make our product approachable to a wide audience.
Present your product and vision to executives and other internal stakeholders.

Minimum 7-12 years experience with at least 5+ years product management experience in software.
Proven ability to deliver successful product experiences to customers as a product or technical leader.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Significant experience in presentations to internal and external executives.
Excitement to learn and always expand your knowledge. Salesforce is an ever-growing product/company that serves a wide range of customers there is always more to learn!
Hands-on approach to test features, set up demos, work through complex customer challenges, etc.
Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities. There will always be more than you can do in a day so you need to continually make sure you have the right priorities and focus.
Exceptional technical abilities with demonstrated ability to earn the respect of high caliber engineering teams.
Experience with agile methodologies like scrum for software development.
Bachelors in CS or other technical field required.

Experience with or working knowledge of Salesforce and Enterprise SaaS is a strong plus.
Experience with web content management systems (WCMS) and/or website development platforms, is a strong plus.
Experience in designing, developing, and building collaborative/social technologies, either in the consumer or enterprise space.
MBA or Masters in CS or other technical field is a plus.
