About SME Group
Small-medium businesses are going online faster than ever, and are the now
largest segment in the digital space across markets. It is no different for us

merchants seeking payment solutions for their businesses – from small online
retailers and nimble app startups, to traditional businesses across sectors.
The SME group is responsible for onboarding, activating and retaining all

Finally, we collaborate with all the other teams at Razorpay to ensure their
products are adopted by the SME segment, increasing their lifetime value for
Senior Product Managers at Razorpay are responsible for identifying problems,
prioritizing ideas and solving them through product – right from problem
discovery to conceptualization to launch. In this specific role, you would be
responsible for one or more Payment Apps. This role will be a mix of at-scale
product innovation as well as new initiatives in the zero-to-one phase. Primary
customer persona for which you would be building products are SMEs and
freelancers and hence prior background in building consumer-grade products at
scale would be a big advantage. You should be equally comfortable carving out a
1-year roadmap and running weekly sprints as this role demands part hands-on
Product Management alongside cross-functional collaboration. Northstar for this
role would be customer engagement and monthly active users. Come on board and

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for
developers who use our payment gateway products such as SDKs and libraries to
integrate our services into their products. Additionally, you will look into
the partner ecosystem for our low-/no-code plugins on popular platforms used by
merchants to sell their goods and services digitally.
* Product Strategy: Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to
achieve the product vision and create impact.
* Business Strategy: Craft out our long term vision and business strategy to
achieve the Northstar. Identify new experiments and innovation opportunities.
* Conceptualize New Solutions: Product conceptualization with a problem
first, data-driven and test & iterate approach. Ensures conceptualization from
a platform and a long-term view. Ensures value-based prioritization of product
* Build Products: Produce high-quality product specifications (User Stories)
and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to
deliver key capabilities on time. Manages a cross-functional process for
prioritizing and building products.
* Launch Products: Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with
Product Marketing. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your
given area of focus.
