Come join the Intuit Big Bet 4/QB Commerce team as a ”Staff Technical Program Manager”. We are looking for creative problem solvers to transform the lives of e-Commerce businesses. As a program manager on the team, you will accelerate the outcomes of the organization by driving for clarity among chaos and uniting cross functional teams to operate with velocity while the platform is built out for scale.
We are looking for candidates who have strong technical program management experience with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.
What you’ll bring
Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 5+ years leading multiple complex technology focused programs
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels
Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria.
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
Computer science education or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Agile development methodologies
PMP Certification is a plus
How you will lead
Drive and own Technical program management for the QB Commerce India and Singapore teams with touch points across our US, Canada and India teams.
Build trust and drive change on programs across multiple portfolios & across geographies.
Partner with the product delivery team to unblock/guide program teams’ delivery and operate smoothly
Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams.
Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes.
Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure.
Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.
Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints.
Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels; includes program status, risks, dependencies and change control.
Partner with the leadership team to create an environment where the teams are recognized and feel encouraged to the point that they want to work on your program(s).
Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos.
Work well with others when conflicts arise, with the ability to influence others to work towards desired outcomes.
