The Dynamics 365 Finance team specializes in best-in-class solutions enabling businesses to run their end-to-end financial operations for the Dynamics 365 line of Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) in a Mobile-First/Cloud-First/Data-First world. Our goal is to enable managers and finance professionals to effectively run their business using the Dynamics 365 products!

As part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance product, the Finance team delivers a complete solution that targets the increasing demands of enterprise companies. Dynamics 365 Finance integrates several Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, Azure Form Recognizer and AI and machine learning, to create a large-scale, intelligent application.


Own and drive a reporting, analytical and insights platform for Dynamics 365 Finance and related products
Be the customer’s voice and translate customer requirements into product roadmap
Set the vision and drive execution for the product and services you own
Work closely with engineers, architects, and business leaders and drive the product offerings forward
Leverage market and business insights to direct investments to the products.
Create an inclusive work environment where every employee can effectively engage and wants to be part of the team


Required Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology organization, including across multiple disciplines
Experience leading and executing projects in a complex organizational environment and working on several partner teams
Strong experience in building on Microsoft data and insight tools and platforms like Azure Analysis Services, SQL, Azure Data Lake Services, ADF, Synapse, etc

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a similar field
Product-thinking – understanding how to do roadmap, solution delivery, product scoping, customer interviewing, needs analysis, etc.
Rich product management experience involving responsibility for data platforms or analytics, exhibiting full ownership of the product lifecycle from idea to adoption
Attention to detail and strong at execution
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully collaborate across multiple teams and levels
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence
Entrepreneurial approach and ability to excel in an ambiguous environment
