BS degree in Computer Science or similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience.
Experience in technical infrastructure, data centers, networking, cloud computing, supply or capacity planning, fulfillment, inventory management and/or procurement.
Experience with Python or SQL.
SQL and analytical skills. Experience building reports to track / report KPIs.
Experience defining and improving processes and metrics to iteratively solve large complex and nebulous problems
Experience with Technical Program Management on cross-functional projects.
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills with demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and juggle ever-changing priorities and deadlines.
Build solutions / tools to automate and improve core supply chain functions. Analyze resource usage trends, Sales performance and regional inputs towards developing Demand Plan for capacity across all products
Drive cross-functional alignment meetings with Sales Ops, Finance,Product and Regional stakeholders to align on a single view of Global Demand Plan for the next 18+ months.
Leverage historical forecast performance data, Market intelligence and Statistical forecasting inputs towards driving continued, sustained accuracy improvements on Demand Plans.
Identify and drive Process improvements and system enhancements in partnership with the Product Management and Engineering teams.
Define and improve processes, metrics, tools and automation to effectively meet customer needs, while reducing inefficiency in our fleet and toil for all stakeholders. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.
